Why would you be doing keys at that range in previous season ilvl? That’s like sawing your foot off right before a marathon.
Plus M+ is more a marathon than a sprint anyways

You’re complaining that your rating means nothing specifically because the ilvl cap gets moved up as the season progresses, lol.
No- my OPINION is that I’m not a fan of Turboboost because it timegates the push and makes the meaning of rating change during a very restricted timeframe.
Okay cool. Well your opinion makes no logical sense.
The entire point of keys for prestige is people push as far and high as they go given whatever means to gear and skill allows them to. If that is 20, so be it. If it’s 30, so be it. If it’s 100+, so be it.
The only rating with any meaning is title range. Which isn’t established until the last days of the season and isn’t changed by turboboost any more than it is changed by any other seasonal gear progression.
If you’re upset that you can’t play for a month and then have a better chance at an invite the following season then you can always just come back for a month at the end of the current season and push your rating a bit higher.
A real complaint would be posting about why they haven’t fixed the rogue bugs for almost a month. Which I also do.

Title range is the only meaningful or “prestigious” level of rating. It has always come down to the last days of the season for title level rating to be established.
Turboboost literally changes nothing about that.
Well they need to make more tiers of rewards then if they are gonna just water down the content all season and give everyone a trophy.

That other people also get 3k rating doesn’t take anything away from ya. Chin up, guys. Nobody can take it away from you that you struggled for an early 3k.

They need a title for top .57% for no particular reason.
The irony in complaining about trophy handouts while simultaneously asking for more achievements and rewards below that of title range 
If all you care about is prestige than man up and push for the only one that matters at the end of the season
