I don’t see why Quel’thalas is needed by humanity, it’s a real fixer upper what with the ruins, Scourge and Dead Scar.
I’d rather reinforce the Arathi highlands and rebuild Thoradins Wall to keep the Forsaken out for good, we can take Lordaeron in 50 years for free once they all fall apart from decay and die off.
