Elaborate on this, please. How far in the purchase process are you getting before you’re blocked? I just tested the page, it works fine for me.
Have you tried with multiple browsers? Maybe on your phone’s data (not wi-fi)?
Where are you trying this, Troublemaker? The majority of character services, including guild services, should be through the in-game shop now. You should be able to select the option on the character selection screen.
Did you try there?
