Trying to add new payment method, stuck loading

As the title says, I’m trying to add my new card as payment method but it stays loading after clicking on “add new payment method” -> Credit Card

Edit: If I try adding a new Paypal account it goes through, it’s only when I try using the credit card option that it gets stuck loading.

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cookies/cache? Tried a different browser such as Firefox, Chrome, etc… ?

Do you know if you have any security programs active that might be causing an issue?

It did work on Firefox, It didn’t work on Chrome despite following all the instructions above tho. Thanks for the help!.

I’m trying to enter a new payment method, but when I’m entering the card information, it won’t let me click “Save Payment Method.” The box I would click stays shaded instead of lights up. Can’t figure out why this is happening, and I can’t find anything online that would help.

As the Blizzard poster stated above, try clearing your browsers cache. If that doesn’t work, try a different browser.
