Tencent owns some part of Blizzard right? Are we getting screwed in this?

I hope so. Tencent is a bunch of crooks and swines.

From what I can tell, it’s Bytedance, which owns TikTok. I’m not sure what else they own.

Finally, would be great to cripple them.

Just a PR stunt to push against China. This won’t affect majority and will be shut down in court.

Link? Because last I heard it was just against Tik Tok specifically, not tencent.

Here’s what I found on the BBC.

It’s because of TikTok but targets their parent company.

I’m 100% sure Trump is just bloviating and nothing’s going to actually happen.

The order covers TikTok and Tencent. WeChat is what Tencent is being targeted for.

Well…if there was any chance I would vote for that moron, it’s all gone now. I love my Path of exiles too much to allow him to take it away from me.

The whole requirements just to even get a game published in China is insane. Companies have no choice but to go with tencent or some other company.

This is the old person in me talking but tiktok is somehow worse than vine… And vine was terrible.
