Ok. So I FINALLY decided to take the time to do this quest and I cannot find the NPC Micro Zoox at all. Same issue I guess as Brighteyes had. It’s 2023 and the phasing appears to be continuing. Have a heritage quest. Will see if completing that does anything. Nutty.
