I’ve been out to Nazjatar many times, and all I see are world and blue quests. There is no quest to start the Queen Azshara quest-line on the ship in Zandalar. I have no clue. The game has shown me nothing about her so far (other than the Tidestone cinematic), and I’m in the N’Zoth part. I have never had so much trouble navigating an expansion in my last 10yrs of WoW play.
