Warcraft Conquest presents Tropic Sunder , a narrative and D20 campaign that will take place between April 4-10th, 2021, in Stranglethorn Vale. Roleplayers and Dungeon Masters are welcome, with events hosted on Moon Guard-US.

Stranglethorn, the everblooming jewel of the southern Eastern Kingdoms, is lush and rife with flora, fauna, and people of all cultures. As the Horde and Alliance have settled their war and the shadow of Death looms over the world, threats have risen deep within the tropical wilderness. Skirmishes with the remnants of Colonel Kurzen’s rebellion have brought the attention of the humans of Stormwind. The Zandalari’s new allegiance to the Horde has sparked dissent among the Gurubashi Trolls; slights and years of war against them are not so easily forgiven. Dark forces are afoot, stirring these tensions and preparing for a dark ritual. The jungle holds many dangers, but those who know where to look will find riches beyond imagining.

Midway through the campaign, we will have a mega event battling our way into Zul’Gurub! All factions have different goals and objectives with many dungeon masters leading groups into the heart of a troll nation.

An absolute ton of work goes into these events, and Sonc works her butt off, creating all of the graphics for the campaign, managing the website, Twitter, forum posts, making custom vehicle tokens - I wish I had half her energy and skill.

Additionally, it’s not all huge forty person events; since our campaign in Pandaria last summer and Northrend in the fall, we’ve also had smaller camp-based events that are lower pressure and with smaller participant counts. This is a good way for those who still want to participate but might be intimidated by the Big events to still contribute! Additionally we have camp/campaign staff consisting of medics and security (who exist primarily to assist the medics with troublemakers or those who aren’t listening to directives from said medics), and we always need help with those positions.

For the Alliance medics, GAMA is hosting a difference on Friday, April 2nd in Ironforge’s military ward at 8PM ST, and there will be an additional briefing on April 4th at 6:30pm just before deployment at the Rebel Camp in STV. Persons interested should reach out to C’thonia, Giselle, or any coordinator.

For the Horde, our Chief Medical Officer is Syeris, and her Second is Corta. They have already had their main meeting, but I expect they will do similar to the Alliance and have a pre-deployment briefing on the same day, same time, at the Horde Fleet.

For security, reach out to Tillea or me, or any coordinator.

If you are interested in DMing, and trust me it’s a good place/group to learn with, I believe event proposals are closed for this campaign but there will be others! Reach out to a coord to indicate your interest. Coords are listed as moderators in the Discord.
