Trolli pet and tabard?

You will NOT be able to get all 4 (or 3 of 4) items on 1 email account / phone number. You will need 4 email accounts and 4 phone numbers based on how they are making me do these.

you can get all 3 tabard colors and the pet. I know people that got all 4.
I got the pet after 12 hours or so and was np

Yes you can. I submitted a single receipt from Dollar General with 3 purchases on it and got 3 separate codes. Each code I was able to choose the Game and Product I wanted, whether it was a Tabard or a Pet. It says you can registed up to 40 redeems on a single email account.

I bought 4 bags got separate receipts and they sent me 2 codes for worms and no tabards. ridiculous should jsut be scan the upc and be done and over with

I dont understand what you mean by scroll down to see the other store options. I go into the app or the battle.net webpage and there is an option to redeem a code. When i put the code in, it just says you are getting Gummi which is the pet. It asks if i want to proceed or cancel. Where are you seeing other options?

How precisely did you get the code? Did they email it to you directly or did you have to follow a link to get it?

When they first accept your receipt they don’t mail you a code directly (at least they didn’t for any of the codes I redeemed), the email should contain a link that takes you to a reward page. On the reward page there are a number of options (Warcraft, Sea of Thieves, D4, and another Warcraft option). You then select an option and put in your email, then you get sent a code for the appropriate item.

The very first Warcraft option on the page sends you a code for Gummi. However, if you used a receipt from an appropriate retailer (Dollar General, Circle K, or Walgreens), near the bottom of the page should be another option that says it’s for a store-exclusive Warcraft item and choosing that will instead send you a code for that store’s unique tabard.

If they sent you the code directly, I don’t know what to tell you. If they sent you a link that takes you to a page like the one I linked above, you chose the wrong option. If the page I linked doesn’t have an option at the bottom for a tabard, you purchased from the wrong retailer or Trolli made a mistake.

Oh! I did not scroll down on that first page, i just saw World of Warcraft and clicked on that each time. I thought i would get to choose later or something. This whole process was not set up well and now i spent 45 min buying from 3 stores and ended up with 3 codes for something i dont want. Blast. I am not participating in something like this again.

I just wish there was some sort of customer support with this when things go wrong or aren’t working. I got three receipts from the stores for the tabards (I had already gotten the pet before the tabards were a thing).

Only one gave me the credit for 2 codes, the 2nd receipt gave me 1 credit even though I bought 2 packs of Trolli and the 3rd didn’t even count towards the tabard for Dollar General so instead it sent me a link for the normal code for the pet and well… that’s worthless to me to have two credits towards that.

They do have customer support. They have a phone line, a web chat, and an email. They don’t make it easy to find though and they operate normal business hours so getting ahold of them can be a chore.

The email they gave me is trolligaminghelp@snippmedia.com and it took a few days for them to get back to me.
