Troll in aferlives: revendreth?

Maybe it wasn’t a troll but the missing link between troll and elf

Because of the beard.

He has a stab wound in his chest. Try remembering any troll that was stabbed in chest

vol’jin?

zul’jin?? did zuljin get stabbed in the chest?

These are the one (maybe two) that come to mind that might’ve been stabbed in the chest assuming you dont count assorted slashes across the chest during beating trolls up in voldun

Tell you the truth i wouldn’t care what covenant or whatever,it just wrong knowing fully what they did to him.

Zalazane?

I remember him seeing Vol’jin and saying this before death:

Zalazane’s spirit can be found chained up in Bwonsamdi’s temple, the Necropolis, in Nazmir.

The Echo Isles came under attack once again by Zalazane, who broke free of Bwonsamdi and came back as a lich with an army of undead.

He was able to break away because Bwonsamdi did not also have Vol’jin’s spirit. Zalazane seems to be aware that Vol’jin had died, attacking the isles to claim his ashes.

Vol’jin’s glaive was used to combat Zalazane because it was necessary to use a magical weapon to harm someone who escaped the grasp of Bwonsamdi, and the bond between Vol’jin and Zalazane was great.

Upon his death Zalazane proclaimed "What? Vol’jin… you could not have grown so strong without becoming… a…"

Maybe Bwonsamdi delivered his soul to Revendreth as an act of good faith. And Vol’jin’s glaive seems to be the new “Dragon soul” weapon

I hope that Garrosh burns in the maw.

Wrong. Garrosh will refuse, then BREAK ALL THEIR GODD@MN NECKS AND RULE THIS WORLD.

And we will all be lead by Warchief Garrosh Hellscream, the Greatest Warchief to ever live!

You’re wrong.

Some souls go straight to the Maw. Souls like Gul’dan.
I really don’t know how you got the idea every soul in the Maw had a chance of redemption before when some are clearly already past that point

That’s because the guy in charge started working for the jailer

Rendle: There are always those few who are unwilling to work for redemption.
Cudgelface: Or don’t agree with their sinstone.
Rendle: Or are simply a bunch of bad apples.
Cudgelface: Thems get the boot. Down to the Maw and never to come back. Take this poor soul for example. He’s on his final warning.
Source: In-game questing

“To help the most wicked and violent souls atone for their sins”
Source: Afterlives Revendreth

Isn’t true for every soul though.
Some don’t deserve that last chance so they go straight to the Maw.

Just because SOME in the Maw were sent to Revendreth first doesn’t mean that’s the case for all of them.

Do you have a source?

If the “most wicked” (AKA evil) get sent to Revendreth, who goes directly to the maw?

I don’t think he’s serving any other than himself if you consider that normal shadowlands are perfect for his style of life

We already know he is though so…

Says right there souls that would get threaten the Shadowlands get a one-way ticket to the Maw.

Just like the dreadlords were Sargeras workforce… didn’t get to play beta so I don’t know but I don’t think dreadlords work for anyone than for themselves, guess I’ll have a clearer picture in a month

That’s a different situation.

I said every baddy goes to Revendreth.

If a soul threatens the Shadowlands, it isn’t going to the Maw for being a baddy. It’s going to the Maw because it threatens the Shadowlands.

That’s not a matter of deserving redemption or not, it’s a matter of preserving the existence of the Shadowlands.

The evilest genocidal maniac in the universe will go to Revendreth and get a shot at redemption as long as they aren’t capable of destroying the Shadowlands.
