hows does it work on alts your warband house wont be the same or any guild…

You to my knowledge get one (1) Alliance house and one (1) Horde. You choose if you want them in a guild neighborhood or not.

Your house is account wide. You get one Alliance and one Horde. For your entire account. You can visit the opposite faction house once established.
Neighborhoods have three options:
- Guild (private only for the guild)
- Charter (private for anyone)
- Public

Your alts can come and go from the house in a guild neighborhood, even if they are NOT in the guild that your main is in. I tested it on the Beta to make sure. Just go to the housing interface on your alt and use the transport. Will take you right there.

Your alts not in the guild neighbourhood your house is in is fine, you can still access it via the housing hearth in the housing UI.
As long as the character that owns the house is in the guild it’s all fine.
