I upgraded to shadowlands but it still said trial account. so i went to customer service and used the remove restrictions self service but it logged me out and deleted my account and made another trial account thus deleting my characters. can a GM fix this for me please! I can’t make a ticket because it says "You can’t submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later. " HELP!!!
The best thing to do is make a new ticket with ‘text’ in it. Submit it then you can edit it from there to have it say what you need. BTW this is a player help player forum, there are no GM’s here. But it awesome SFA’s do pop in to help when they can.
Just to touch base on upgrading and trial account - if you recently upgraded, it will still show as a trial account. Some limitations such as leveling past level 20 will drop off immediately, while other limitations such as access to the mail box will generally drop off within 24-72 hours.
I’m not seeing any purchase history for Shadowlands or Game Time, Calmebigpapa, so I don’t believe you upgraded to Shadowlands. I can see that you had a Starter Edition created back in June and one that you created recently.
From what I can see, you used the Self-Help Remove Starter/Trial Edition option, which allows users to remove any Starter Edition licenses that they may no longer want.
The WoW#2 was likely created when you attempted to log in, since you no longer had a WoW license on your Battle.net account.
