I think it would be simple to go to the barber and transmog your toon’s voice into whatever you want.
Example: I really dislike the void elf voice but I really like the blood elf voice. Transmog it!

I’ve thought about this same thing time and time again. I would love to have a choice of different voice options for my night elf. They exist in the game (npcs). So hopefully this could be something we could see someday!
Only issue I see is having to hire VAs for all of the error speeches and jokes. Would be fun as hell, though, to choose your character’s voice.
