Transmog Suggestions for Vulpera

I’m going to use the heritage armor

Shairu, before you give up on the Rogue class entirely, try making a level 110 test character and test drive the specs. Icy-Veins website is a great tool to get you started until you can decide on your individual play style.

This feature wasn’t available when I first started in MoP. For that reason my first Rogue was sidelined in her mid-40’s and not seriously played until Legion. Once I leveled her up though, she became my new main and remained so until I unlocked Vulpera. The utility, DPS and pure survivability is incredible.

As for Rogue specs, all three flavors have diehard fans. I started as Sub many years ago and wish it was still as viable now as it was before because I still love the spec. There are some incredible Sub Rogues out there, but I ain’t one of them. Assassination spec is heavy on DoTs and poisons. Again there are some incredible Sin Rogues out there but I’ve never really connected with the feel of it. Combat (now Outlaw) spec I fell in love with in late WoD. It’s a great blend of spikey DPS, stuns, damage mitigation, magic mitigation, stealth,… we have it all.

I may not run around yelling “Aaaargh matey” but some folks still seem a bit turned off by a bit of pirate flavor in the spec. This is easy enough to mitigate with some nice Roguish mog. Plus, mixing a left-handed pistol shot to the face amidst fancy sword play seems to me like a perfectly in character thing to do.

So please, give a higher level Rogue a test drive. You might be very pleasantly surprised.

race change to forsaken is best thing rogue can do

I think the best xmog for any Rogue, regardless of race, is a set you can get out of the BC dungeons. Basically turns you into a ninja.

I used the Bloodfang Set until I got to 98, then I used the Artful Dodging Set. Now I’m in Heritage Armor.

Here’s an idea for leather leveling transmog–wear the tabard and find subdued colors to match.

When I get to legion transmog, it’s all about the cute hats.
