Only thing that would have made this set better is if the hat didn’t hide hair. And maybe a little bit of sparkle. 
When I use it, I replace the witch hat with the matching crown.
the winner is easily,
season 3 - shaman
season 2 - warrior
season 1 - monk
I still think that should have been the paladin set, not saying that priest can’t have cool sets, but it looks more like a plate set than cloth if you were to replace the helm.
First expansion where I have liked shaman sets more than disliked
Aberrus Paladin and Warrior.
It is a much, much better fit and look on Pandaren, thankfully.
Some of the stuff in the exchange look pretty sick
My personal favorite is the Aberrus hunter tier sets. I’m a sucker for the hooded wanderer type look.
