I am having no luck finding a resolution to this issue, and when I reached out to Blizzard, they provided such a lackluster attempt at providing any information. Everytime I sign-in, my characters all show default armor, instead of their transmogged sets. I go to a city, log out properly, and as soon as I choose another alt, boom! All armor sets on the selection screen reset. I know this is more a visual thing, but it’s really annoying, and all Blizzard said was, “You can find your answers on the community pages/forums.” Then when I reached out again it was, “At this point it sounds like a computer issue. Since you have tried all recommendations, out community can provide most answers to your questions.”
Anyone have any other suggestions, or is this just a common issue that seems to be on their back-burner??
