Do we know if this is gonna open up previous PvP enchants to be used on ranged weapons?
I had bloody dancing steel(old PvP enchant) on my hunter back in MoP and could not use it on a ranged weapon thus making it unavailable on any other character.
Will this let me be able to transmog this onto my ranged weapon and give it to all my other toons?
I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t think about it. If you can’t use it on a polearm now it wouldn’t automatically pop over to other toons no?
Not sure about the actual question, but it’s worth noting that not all weapon illusions are even being made available with this change. Not yet, at any rate. I have 69 available for melee weapons on live, but after copying account data and my hunter over, she can only use 19. Most of the ones that are eligible are all much, much newer than MoP.
