So can you still just not transfer to Grobbulus for example?
used to be on that server, bunch of friends still there… but getting the error message the server isnt accepting xfers.
We’re full, go somewhere else.

Hopefully never. We don’t want queues and we have more than enough people on the server on both factions. You can always make a new character on grobb, but opening tansfers would just ruin the server.

You literally answered your own question.
If you can’t see the server in the available transfer list, it’s still “locked”.
However, you can make a level 1 and level up. So technically it’s not locked.
