I tried to transfer all my Undercoin from my Death Knight Vorath to my Mage Gaerlan on the morning of 3/6/2025. The transfer did not go through but it still took all my Death Knights Undercoin. The 149 he has now was from the one tier 8 delve he ran earlier that day after the transfer attempt. I lost an estimated 3400 or so Undercoin from that transfer attempt. I know I had roughly this much because my girlfriend’s character that we run together on has around 3550 total and I have 149 on Vorath currently. Undercoin earned after the transfer attempt. I am hoping to be reimbursed as this is a pretty major setback, but the fact that GM Benoekaata said " Upon investigating the situation, we found no signs of that currency transfer." makes me have doubts. Please update me on the resolution of this bug.
