We are currently investigating the issue being reported for those on Spectrum ISP. If you are experiencing the issues let’s grab a WinMTR connection test while you are seeing the issue in-game.

In the mean time you can try using a hotspot or VPN. Please note that we do not assist in setting this up nor choosing one to use. In the case of the VPN there are several that offer free trials, these are typically data capped but should be enough to test the issue. With a tethered or mobile hotspot connection you will need to reach out to your mobile carrier to find out if this is available for your plan and for instructions on how to do this.
