I would like to report a bug related to the Inscription profession.
The Inscribe/Transcribe mechanic is not working properly. To give a specific example with Transcribe: when I place the card and add Thalassian Essence of the Faire as required, then click “Create,” the system consumes my materials but does not return the card with the inscription applied.
At first, I thought this issue might be character-specific. However, I immediately switched to one of my alts, leveled their Inscription as well, and tested it there. The same issue occurred. Based on this, it appears to be an account-wide bug.
Could you please assist with this issue? I leveled two characters specifically to use this mechanic, and currently I am at a loss because my materials are being consumed and I am unable to craft the intended items, which also wastes my profession skill progress.

I’m having the exact same issue with Transcribe: Void.
It consumed my Card of Rot and Thalassian Essence of the Faire, but I didn’t receive any card back. I’ve now lost two cards this way.
I didn’t play during The War Within, so this whole crafting system is very new to me. At first I assumed I was just misunderstanding the mechanic or doing something wrong. I also don’t fully understand the Concentration system yet, so I figured maybe I had messed something up.
But after seeing this post, it seems like it’s actually a bug.
This is pretty frustrating because I leveled a scribe specifically to work on Darkmoon cards. I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of gold leveling Inscription, buying tools, and putting all of my specialization points into the Darkmoon card tree.
Right now I’m not sure what to do. If the system isn’t working, my entire specialization build is basically unusable. Is there any workaround or fix planned?
Also, just to confirm — there’s currently no way to respec specialization points, right?

Can’t believe this is still an issue, still happening to me as well weeks after it started.
