Gender is not sex. Of course there are feminine men, and masculine women. This does not make those men into women, or the women into men.
Actually it is not. Are there outliers with birth defects from genetic and developmental mutation? Certainly. They are also almost universally sterile or at least unable to pass on these traits. Just because someone is born with a deformation of their reproductive system does not mean there is a new human sex, any more than any other deformation means there is a new human species. This is also totally independent of feelings which is what being trans is.
Even outside of humans, male and female is not something an animal as complicated as a mammal can escape. Even simpler animals are not often able to change their sex and it is of significant note when they can.
A trans person can not live a fully authentic life. That is basically the definition of being trans. Otherwise they would be able to change sex and be done with it, because nobody could ever know. Maybe someday in a Star Trek universe they can have more than cosmetic surgery done, but today it is impossible to actually change your sex.
This is totally separate from if someone should live in fear and shame, but it is often confused with it by people on both sides of trans rights. Haters being one side, people insisting someone can actually change their sex on the other. As is usually the case, neither is totally correct and are unwilling to admit any point the other side has made lest they be forced to change their minds and humanize their ideological opponent.

I understand, new things that are foreign concepts to you are scary and cause the primitive instinct to be repulsed and deem it as insanity out of the gate. pats back perhaps someday you’ll educate yourself, probably not anytime soon though.
