Anyone here can answer this now…the dive helmet and Tiki Mask added for BfA…do each toon have to go get them in order to have it appear with the Trans-Dimensional Bird Whistle…I know this is pet battle area but there isn’t really any other spot on forums that is about toys I can find…
I would consider Pepe to be Battle Pet Adjacent.
I obtained the Diving Mask for Pepe and it appears to be character specific. The item isn’t added to your toy box. It just sets a quest flag.
