Somehow I ended up with a negative amount after buying the prepurchase of next expansion and spending the tender. Now, the new month started and I only have 75 after collecting the initial 500. What is going on?!

Same here. I bought some stuff in the middle of the month and had a balance of 75. Finished some tasks and collected another 100 but when I checked the trading post it suddenly said I had -175. Thought that was weird but figured they would easily reverse that negative sign and finished tasks for the month to earn the last 100. Well, it didn’t register the new 200 at all. Should have ended Nov with +275 but only showed -75. This month, I clicked on the chest before I checked my balance and now I have +425 so it subtracted the -75 (while still ignoring the 200 I collected the previous month).

Blizzard is Ebenezer Scrooge this year. They’ve had all month to figure out this mess but nothing so far. Christmas is tomorrow and I still won’t have any of the trading post tender that is OWED to me. I put in the work and all I got was breaking even at zero. How are they, if they do anything at all, going to compensate us that lost out on the Trading Post this month?
i think Blizzard is to myopic to see that this is still a problem. it’s bean like this when the Trading Post first day it went live… don’t Thay do any testing (i know they test it but it’s a short time for testing and bugs do make it to live) to find and fix any bugs that the players find and report??
you would think by now, with new year’s day only a week away, blizzard would fix this problem, how am i supposed to get my scarab mount or wastewander set wit a -325 trader’s tender balance?
just posting because it isnt fixed and i had 400 something tender befor i checked now im back at 0 with no possibility to purchase decembers feel a bit ripped off tbh with this being the new battle pass anyways its not fixed.
I am still missing 500 tokens…
