The amount of NPC’s who are clearly (insert class type here) wearing a mixture of cloth/leather/mail/plate and the fact that we as players, cannot do this also?
Blizz: We want people to be able to have class identity.

Footie pajamas.
Yeti costume.
Guard costumes.
Forest Fairy.
Cosmetic dress up costumes from DF.
Leave the OG class identity tiers for classes. Open it up otherwise. It makes ZERO sense at this point and is just Blizz being stubborn AF for no reason.

Simple. Those appearances are exclusive to the classes. Everything else ought to be fair game.
I’d even be happy if they took the stats off the armor that isn’t for our class, and let us wear it unstatted and collect it as part of our transmog collection for all characters. So what if my mage is in plate if it has 0 stats involved. Maybe I had an IC reason to dress that way. Or maybe my best/favorite transmog is a full set of plate.
If I could put Kirsy in different sets she can’t wear now, I’d probably be doing a lot more transmog runs.
Seriously, ‘class identity’ and ‘pvp silhouette’ arguments died in the gutter when we got Ren’dorei Elves, Zandalari Trolls and Shal’dorei Elves.
Just let us transmog everything BUT Class Sets and call it a day. Surely the only barriers to this are Dev Rage and ‘Artistic Vision’. There might be coding issues to, to be fair, but I can’t see it being a monumental issue.
It would also free up the art team by letting them populate expansions with recolors of Class armors that arent locked to that class.

I wish once a month they have the “Trans Set”. When you purchase it you get to choose which set you want to acquire all the pieces to.
For example, say you want the first vanilla era set. Instead of doing the quests and grinds of content you might not care about, boom, all yours. Maybe you have half of a set from Cata you thought you would sit down and finish getting, but never did, boom, completed. Shadowlands has a cool set, but you vow not to set foot in that place we like to think never really happened… yonk, got what you wanted.
This would only apply to previous expansion sets.

Kind of relieved that broom isn’t going to be a .001% drop rate off the Headless Horseman.
Looks like there is good stuff coming down the road, but actual for sale items in October disappointed me. I’ll spend about 525 tender.
I wonder if the Headless Horseman’s mount will ever go up on the Trading Post. Seems like it’ll be, after trying since it was put in the game, that I’ll ever get the freaking thing.

Every year at this time I remember I don’t have this mount. I also remember that one year that it seemed to drop for everyone.
Then I quickly remember, I wouldn’t use it anyway. Out of the hundreds of mounts I have, I might use 8 or 9 of them at most.
I have horrible luck, but whatever luck I have, you can have it. Hope you get it this year!
