Trading Post Wishlist Thread

Good evening,

This is your reminder that Back to the Future came out in 1985, and featured Marty traveling back 30 years to 1955.

If Back to the Future came out in 2024, Marty would travel back 30 years to 1994.

Guild participation only TP items: Just like the personal bar every month, give guilds another progress bar that requires 3 or more guildmates in a party to get credit for. This end of line reward should be something really big.

Like a summonable ship that needs a group of five (in same guild) to keep active. Only usable on water.

Ended up buying much less than I thought I would. I’m honestly not a fan of “smooth” looking gear/items/armor and all these things are very shiny / smooth.

Bought the mount and the gloves/shoes that go with the old Legion leather set.

I’ll probably buy the gun and the hat. I feel like the floatie is overpriced. Should be about 60 tender. Not sure I will spend 220 tenders on something I’ll never use.

Yeah, not a whole lot here I really want. Still debating on the mounts. I picked up the shoulder capes, the black gloves and boots, and plain jane daggers. Probably just bank the rest, honestly.

  • Grand Magister Rommath’s Robes
  • Tattoos like Grand Magister Rommath as a “shirt” option.
  • High Definition Phoenix Flying Mount (Dragonriding)
  • An Armored Lynx (OH WOW WE ARE ACTUALLY GETTING THESE)
  • Valeera Sanguinar’s Daggers

July…

I’ve finally accepted the Trading Post will not be what I had hoped but you know it’s a good idea, I’m glad they implemented it and I’ve gotten a few neat things. Maybe at some point it will improve.

Looks like 2 mounts available - neither of which I want.

I like the backpack aquarium, but not for 800 tender I don’t. Odds are I’d ever actually wear it? Close to zero, so not buying it.

The diver suits are right up my alley. I would however, like Blizzard to explain why the Copper Diver Suit, purchased separately adds up to 935 tender while the recolor ensemble is 800. Tenders are not growing on trees. People have to save them, even 135 tenders can be a lot. I don’t buy much, so I’m sitting on bank Tender, but most people are not. I’ll probably buy both of these.

They’re gonna sucker me in to sticking around with that Warden armor for 12 months.

For July, I’ll get the cloak and hoods, shoulder capes, tabard, and thunderbow.
Next month is a cap of 555 tender. Rest goes to the pile. Here’s hoping for something good in august.

August leaked on PTR

I’m saving tendies the next two months. I’ll buy the vagabond hoods and capes but that’s about it.

I am curious if the datwmined Harvester set is going to be on the trading post in fall/October. That’ll be a good one to blow all my tendies on lol

Only spending 225 in August, it seems. Give me my butterfly wings.

Also, what kind of fracking journal completion reward is that.

Phew. Looks like a good time to take a break. I’ll still buy all the hoods/scarves/cloaks and maybe the Sentinel War Wolf, but otherwise going to replenish my exhausted tendies the next two months.

On live - the ensemble is still 800, the copper set separately costs a total of 860. No explanation for why the ensemble is cheaper. They should total the same amount of tenders.

Deepsea treasure (aquarium) backpack is now down to 300 tenders. Still not sure if I will buy, but much better pricing.

Undoubtedly spent the most I’ve ever spent - 1935 tenders.

2 Diving Suits - 800 / 860
Vagabond Cape/hood - 100
Wanderers threads - 100
Dueler’s cape - 75

DIO’s “Holy Diver” should auto-load in-game whenever you mog the suits.

I bought the capes and scarves but I also bought the copper back piece. Not going to get the full sets but I think the back piece is a cool xmog that might be fun to make into an outfit.

Anyway, back to xmogging my guy in the worse possible mog I can come up with.
