There are four swords that when dual-wielded, all face the same way which really looks out of place. This occurs when wielded, or sheathed, where the off-hand weapon is facing the incorrect direction in both states.
The four items in question are the Night Hag’s Blade, Night Hag’s Great Blade, Deathwarder’s Blood Blade, and Deathwarder’s Great Blood Blade.
When dual-wielded, the off-hand weapons face to the right, when they should face to the left.
When sheathed, the off-hand weapon (the one that sits on the left shoulder) face the character’s body instead of facing outward as they should.
For reference, there is a one-handed axe, the Storm-Toothed Kasuyu, that actually reverses the model to be a mirrored version of the main hand when it is used in the off-hand slot. I’m sure there are others, but this one came to mind immediately.
Is there any chance this can be fixed? Is this in the right place?
