To get around bug, keep doing some trading post quests even though it says monthly token quota reached. After doing 2 more, the brown badge automatically appeared for each, and I was told to return to trading post to collect my rewards. I got the mount and remaining trading tender from the chest to get me to 2000. I was stuck at 1900. Hope this helps.
I think that’s just the first month, with some bonus currencies for starting the Trading Post and having Dragonflight.
Next month I think 1500 will be the max? Is it we get 1000 a month just for logging in, and then 500 more for doing all the tasks?

I can confirm that not only did I log in yesterday to a sparkle chest…
but I have my two tone cat mount AND the 500 tender that was owed to me.
I am a satisfied customer.
I just checked and was able to get my currency and mount from the chest. Closed the ticket. Thank you for fixing this issue. 
I am still having an issue. Lotted 500 tender from box but it was NOT added to my total. It remained the1900 it was already at before opening the box…

Yesterday I had 2000 tender, box said I could open it, pop-up said I looted 500 tender, but still at 2000.
Finally I could receive the night elf saber… after the bar was resetting itself… twice.
I will probably take another long break from this game once my active game time will end in roughly 3 weeks.
In case a dev is reading this, I know I am harsh, that is because I care. If I wouldn’t care I would just quietly quit without giving you any feedback.
Please start caring for your game again.
Test your game properly. Your players probably feel like beta testers… who have to pay you. You not giving them any form of compensation (so far) btw is also telling.
Update your game.
Visuals, customizations (for all! races), story and while you already started to lessen some of your dozens of anti-sozial restrictions in this game (which is good), you are very slow in doing so.
Cross faction guilds, chat, lfr,lfd, trade, questing (to a certain degree) all of that should be optional, but available, aswell as the removal of race/faction and race/class restrictions.
Restricting players because of race is really not appealing in this century anymore. So please, stop restricting your players in so many ways. Casuals usually just want to have fun playing the race, class and faction they like the most and together with friends, even though those friends might prefer the opposing faction.

I just opened the chest and only received 400 tender and no mount but it states that the bug was fixed? Not for me

After not receiving Tenders or a mount since the rollout, I’ve finally been able to pick up everything!
Finally got my mount reward and currency last night! 
I’m still missing 500 tender, I have 1500 and I believe 2000 was what we could earn.
I was able to get the mount via an alt but not the tender

The tender aka trader coins are battle net account bound…its same across all your characters…
As of today I have gotten the mount and tenders but I am still sitting at 0/12 for the Trading Post Enthusiast achievement so not all is right with the situation.
On Tuesday I was finally able to loot the chest which said I got the mount and 500 tenders.
I got the mount, but not the tenders, and currently only have 475. 
Ya still having problems with this, I cant still complete the quest. Only getting 100 tender each day so far. Hope a fix comes soon.

no mount, it bugged and dint get the mount.

seems like alot of players are having this issue and for alot the problem has been resolved completely or partially.
hopefully mine will be resolved soon too
Same here, I was able to get the mount though, but I am missing 500 tender and haven’t spent any as yet. I don’t want to miss out on 500, that is a lot
My tender is just gone. Was at 400-500 but now poof gone. Looted 100 from the chest and still says 0 in the trading post and doesn’t show in my currency.
…also my toons that I have the Buccaneers outfit from the trading post show in my character select as naked idk what that’s about but it’s weird
