Trading Post Enthusiast Achieve Not Giving Credit

Upon completing December’s Traveler’s Log and receiving the monthly reward, many players and I discovered it’s not crediting the Trading Post Enthusiast achievement. Completing every month from Feb-Dec should be 11/12. I’ve completed every month, but it shows 10/12.
