Trading memories error and memories invisible in warband bank on alts

Radiant Echo Event Memories Broken

Memories from the event placed in the Warband Bank are not visible to other alts, and if they are mailed to alts you cannot retrieve them from the mail. Says “I can’t carry anymore of those” even after moving your inventory out of your bags.
