Hey, is anyone else unable to open the trader’s tender chest? I get the animation, but no trader’s tenders are received.

I had this problem and submitted a ticket - got a canned reply suggesting WoW’s help pages, wowhead, and this forum, because obviously it hadn’t occurred to me to use the Internet to search for solution. None of these places have a solution - Blizzard haven’t responded to this particular issue. However, I was able to loot the chest finally - my max level characters couldn’t do it, but a new level 10 character I had just got out of Exile’s Reach was able to get the reward.
Of course, I wasn’t given the proper amount of Trader’s Tender this month, either, but I’m sure asking for help would just prompt another canned response. All I can suggest is that people keep trying, keep attempting to loot it with whatever random character you never play. It might be lucky.
