I looked at the cost and benefit and in my opinion 90 USD is unacceptable for a digital artifact I’ll never own. That’s 6 months of sub. No one should have to pay that much for a mount.

That still pays for retail and the $90 mount. Also, the bruto is value to my time. I spend more time playing now than I do running back to cities, porting back because I forgot a potion, and easy AH access for other people who need something they would have to delay the entire group to go get. I fail to see how I am poor and not rich for investing money into a convenience. I live very frugally, and when I can buy my time back, I consider that good use of money since time has no price tag.
The mount is over priced. OVERPRICED!
