What do you think would happen if Blizz said “Any persons leaving a M+ group prior to the 20 minute mark will be subject to account action”?
People will leave at the 21 minute mark, clearly defined rules are the easiest to circumvent, that’s why Blizz’s rules are usually vague and broad.
