Since I’ve created this post, I’ve gotten better at it. Enhancement had played similar to Stormbringer over the last few expansions. So switching to Totemic required brain re-wiring and developed new play style habits. At times there’s maelstrom drought to get to 10 once you get going. But that’s more due to stats and procs for the opener. Comparing two, Totem still feels ridged in game play, the thing that makes up for that is lower CD’s to restart and pick back up. The other issue is the freedom to move more freely during high movement, which gets to be really unfun while dodging AoEs on trash fights in M+.
