Torn between Totemic/Stormbringer

So man i’m SO torn between this spec and I need help deciding.

So on the Totemic Side:

  • I love the idea with having another totem, totems are cool

  • Sundering feels SO good to smash multiple times

  • Feels more “earthy”, and the AOE feels great.
    However:

  • I feel like it really undervalues stormstrike, which is a button I love to press

  • Feels very focused on lava lash which is “ok”

  • Moving the totem around can be a hassle (better with macros though)

  • Can turn into a very complex priority list (feels harder?)

On the Stormbringer Side:

  • Lightning is awesome!

  • Build seems to heavily favor stormstrike which I love!

  • Less buttons potentially? Maybe i’m wrong there

  • Raid build grabs all the talents I wish I had for Totemic (mostly Stormstrike focused)
    However:

  • No sundering! Boooo!

  • I don’t really like ascendance tbh (Although thank god the model is improved)

  • Surging totem is coool…

  • no primordial wave (typically) which is a baller spell

as a side note I wish we could use the elemental wolves since they look cool…alas

Totemic is a bit more forgiving and it weighs heavier into the 30sec dmg profile but is annoying in heavy movement. Stormbringer does use pwave right now (in m+) and requires tracking/planning/banking your tempest procs - else, it’s a significant dmg loss if you manage it poorly.
