Why only 18 floors? I only have two days off, I want to spend 100% of that on torghast. I might only have a couple of minutes left to do other things.
Two days off, woah! Fancy pants over here
Same, if you’re in a group that I’m in and “brb bio”…you in for a wait while I rake the yard, run a few errands, come back for a floor, then “brb doorbell” finish up the yard work do another floor…rinse, repeat. Heh
There are 18 floors? Thank you for letting me know what I did not have to endure, gave up at 8. And you know, I am not any worse off because of it. I guess I am not a champion, I wish they would stop calling me things like that. Anyway, good job!

I think the 18 floors of Twisting Corridors are okay. But I absolutely agree that the regular 6-floor runs are way too short. It’s not even enough time to build an interesting power set, most of the time, and the powers are the only interesting thing about Torghast.
I really wish we could run Twisting Corridors once per week for our weekly Soul Ash, instead of the 2 x 6-floor runs. I would absolutely prefer a TC run over that.
Even with the extra floors they’re adding in 9.1, I don’t think it’s enough. In TC you often can’t build out a power set until at least the 12th floor or so.
Torghast has a ton of tricks to learn and the web is almost useless to find those tricks.
If you pug you run the risk of group rushing through and people leaving when things don’t go well. I prefer solo but its slower, and if you skip mobs or areas you risk not having enough anima spells to kill the bosses.
If you get the torment that causes 1 or 2 mobs to spawn and attack you occasionally then a mawrat is your best friend, always have one attacking you because those adds will never spawn as long as you are in combat. So never kill the other mawrats (unless u get that HP spell that adds HP per kill) cause if your mawrat dies u can get another one fast. The quest guys will kill your mawrat.
Read the spells carefully, some look good but are actually bad. One right or wrong pick can make the difference between a win or loss.
