It states it by being too hard when you aren’t raid geared. Do you really need a popup saying “you must be ilvl x to do this”? I mean if you just look at the health pools of the mobs it is fairly obvious that it isn’t supposed to be done in your heroic dungeon gear.
Mind you, I totally agree you need gear.
But raid finder is out, 184 gear. Thats a raid… thats also mythics.
Does this mean you have to be Normal/Heroic/ fully geared to do content you did on monday?

He’s a troll just thank him for the bumps and hopefully the Devs come to their senses. Torghast should be fun. It should be enjoyable solo content where you “FEEL” overpowered and can casually blow through it. There is zero reason to make it hard much less challenging. That isn’t why we are in there.
If I wanted a challenge I would do other content like M+ Raid or Arena but now Torghast is in the way of me doing those things with the time I have. Fantastic!

You have 0 enchants, which means you probably are not using flasks, pots, oils, drums or armor kits. You don’t have a legendary, and your talents are mostly wrong for Torghast.
If you want to complain that something is impossible you should probably put in more than 0 effort in to your character.
I can totally answer that. Were you forced to go from being able to do 5 masks one week, to only being able to do mask 2-3 the next? no, because that would have pissed off the community, like it just did.

Nope. That is not at all part of the billing. I could solo 1 - 6 before today. Now I can’t. They definitely went against the billing this patch.

GD only represents a fraction of the community, Torghast is universally loved by most players and although the difficulty did get a bit higher, I think it’s soloable with the right gear and gameplay knowledge.
Just pulled up yours. near 200 ilvl prot paladin, talking smack about others doing content. Get off your high horse with how easy it is to solo mythics as a prot paladin, and listen to people who actually don’t play an overtuned spec

Torghast isn’t raid content. I shouldn’t need to prepare like a raider to do it. My talents are correct for Torghast.
Again, I soloed 1-6 fine yesterday. I can no longer today. That’s a change in design philosophy. This wasn’t set in cement.

General info, torghast has been beloved for sure. This change pulled the rug out of a lot of people who are, in their right to complain. Simple as that. Saying everything is fine, doesn’t make it true.

I’ve done Torghast on 4 different characters. But again, if I am having trouble at 170 ilvl, which is what my alts are, I’ll just do a lower layer and lose out on the 100 or 150 ash because in the long run that isn’t going to matter at all.
god no. No more of this nonsense ARPG push. Go play an actual ARPG and keep this ish out of the game.
People can complain, but game devs are people too and they can choose to go a different direction if they wish. I don’t see the problem with growth and evolution of content, especially if they’ve been reading player feedback as they’ve been doing up to this point.
Yes I agree we should of kept Torghast out of this game but they wanted to introduce a Diablo feature that is an ARPG into WoW. I didn’t ask for it! Torghast is 100% an ARPG instance taken directly from Diablo. It is what it is.
Not being able to do the same content you did one day prior is the issue. this isnt people talking about that they are having trouble climbing the ladder. This is people who have done the content for layer 6 and have to go back to layer 3-4-5 because of some dinky change that made something they were able to do 24 hours ago, impossible to complete

That’s a strawman. No one is asking to do higher levels at the same gear score. They are upset that they can no longer do the levels that they could do just yesterday .
It’s like if you started doing LFR at 170 yesterday and then got on after the patch and found out that the same LFR now had a requirement of 200.

This stuff happens. Yeah it isn’t ideal, but to be honest if you were decent at the game, layer 6 was a complete joke, even at 170 ilvl. It should have been tuned before live but for something we are supposed to play for the next 2 years, it’s good to make the change now rather than never.

I’m curious though, was it intended a couple days ago when you said torghast was fine? Or is it intended now that they buffed it?
Which one was the perfect version? If it’s always intended, why do they keep hotfixing it?
