You can also look at your map, most quests now will show in chains, or look it up on wowhead. Do you recall which quest chain it was?
The foam sword is what I was looking up, but I got beat to it.
Icy veins and wowhead also have quest trackers, so you can see which quests in which zones, or specific goals such as the war campaign or pathfinder you need to complete.
