im not sure why people are denying that people are making inappropriate names when there is literally someone in this thread with yiff in their name.

Probably because people don’t know that yiff means furry (I know I didn’t until I looked it up.) And furthermore just having the word furry in your name hardly seems inappropriate or offensive.

Probably because of the number of issues with abuses of power. Furthermore unless a new race is released I can’t imagine enough characters are created each day to justify a blizz rep in each starting zone on every server. Its far more efficient to let players police themselves and blizzard to act as a judge when something is called to their attention.
