We really don’t. It is an anniversary currency that we would NOT have so much of had this forum not LOST ITS MINDS and did the math like I told them, essentially forcing Blizz to buff the currency. But they wanted everything 5 minutes ago, so now we have a currency surplus.

Yeah I thought the amount you got originally was fine enough, considering you could earn them through a bunch of different quests and content.

Converting them 1 at a time is not scalable.

Someone posted a macro around here to buy more at once.

And apparently there’s an addon called BuyEmAll.

I’m still searching for the macro to link it.

Don’t think they buffed it at all. It just is after getting two tier sets and getting 100 bronze tokens makes it drop more because of achievements. People were complaining before the event even dropped so they didn’t think about how long the event is and how the achievements change the drop rate. Before 100 tokens, it was a slog to get. After 100 and getting the achievement, it started to drop repeatedly from stuff

this is an issue because people complained. just like with remix, it would have been the status quo to be reward starved until late into the event. the flood of complaints made them have to change. squeaky wheel gets the grease, and in this case bronze tokens is the grease.

Id rather have too much of something than too little.
