Activision-Blizzard makes billions of dollars a year. Multiboxers are a blip at that scale.
Multiboxing is allowed because Blizzard views it as an interesting way to play th egame. It has nothing to do with money.

No random players are able to match ISboxer, keyclone, or pwnboxer.
You can try to convince us of that. But you can’t convince your self. Its about the money, plain and simple. What’s interesting about making the game 15X easier?
I’m struggling to understand why people would want something changed when they refuse to do any research into what they want changed.
I could literally log onto the high pop where I’m playing, and post “I want to buy a mythic Nyalotha carry, PST” in trade, and have multiple replies. I can do the same with a +15 carry, or a 5 mask. Or arena ranking carries. Gold can buy EVERYTHING in this game.
Jesus god you people are thick
We are all aware it’s within the rule book
We are saying that it’s a stupid rule and needs to be looked at
The title of the threat is that multi boxing sets a bad precedent and not that they’re cheating but what they’re doing should be considered cheating
I don’t know why you people act so smart all the time and don’t get this one simple concept
If it’s emissary gold day? I have 124 120s so 124 * 2000=248k. If it’s not emissary gold day My two gold making methods are do emissaries on everyone and solo old raids. You can multibox old raids if you want but you won’t make as much gold since the loot is split.
They do, in the multiboxing article
Actually spam has more than one definition
as does team antiboxxers lol
I admit there’s an advantage Hello, Kaurmine here admitting there’s an advantage, Blizz admits it too
Q u o t e:
Semantics issue #3:
Does multiboxing give a player an in-game advantage?
Yes --and so does grouping.
Not one big enough to care about but it’s there!
Blizz gets to define “unfair” and “cheating”
This is probably the most naive thing I’ve ever seen anyone say about a multi billion dollar company. Or any company really.
But you can’t explain why it’s a stupid rule without revealing that you don’t know anything about how multiboxing works.
So you multi-boxed to collect a billion gold. And paid for the service that a group of players could do by themselves. Grats, I guess
Would you feel the same way if they decided to ban multiboxers with no explanation or reason given?
Then explain why they are quite willing to ban people for actually breaking the rules.
It has been They updated the support article and said it was fine in june on twitter, what do you want them to do?
woops forgot a link https://twitter.com/BlizzardCS/status/1275784689379393536
Would you be cool if blizz adds special software to check for any automation of any kind in your multiboxing rig?
So you think 1 random player has a better chance to win against 5 players grouped up in war mode than they do against a boxer with 5 characters?
Yeah, but remember like I’ve said numerous times, I’ve only been multiboxing since june so I have no real blood bond with it.
That’s their prerogative if they do so. I’ll still chug along doing my thing. I can adapt, you have shown you cannot.
And you can’t understand that we are opposed to it because it skirts dangerously close to a pay to win model which seems to be blowing over your head because it’s filled with abstract excuses as to how it’s not
So you’ve decided to try to smoke screen the whole place trying to catch people on some stupid technicality and telling people that don’t know what we’re talking about
I’ll learn the ins and outs of multi boxing whilst you learn the ins and outs of game integrity which you clearly don’t seem to know a thing about
Yep, go for it, I’d be fine with a Blizz employee sitting and watching me play
So what you’re saying is its a pay to win situation.
