Multiboxing in PVP is unfair. I used to multibox. Unless you’re in a high rated 2k+ arena, most random players will not be able to deal with five perfectly synced characters.
I’ve killed arena teams in WotLK through pain suppression. All within two GCDs.
Multiboxing in warmode, especially those folks with 10+ toons seems a bit dumb. Doesn’t it get boring running around and killing folks with a few GCDs? Especially in unranked stuff lol.
I got bored of it.
I’m more impressed with the multiboxers who are doing +15 mythic plus by themselves than someone with ten toons killing someone in warmode.

Sounds like you need to learn some context to the rules. Just because something has been discussed once doesn’t mean it can’t ever be discussed again. That’d be silly, which is how you’re trying to paint me. So tear down your strawman and try again.

I understand, you’ve shown me the posts where they explain why multiboxers are exempt from the rules a million times. I understand what’s happening. I’m simply stating that its wrong and is hypocrisy.
It’d be like yelling at Blizzard to nerf Rogues because you don’t want to learn how to deal with them. It’d be something that should rightfully be laughed at. But with anti-multiboxers? They don’t care about learning anything, they just want multiboxing to be banned.
Show me a boxer with 475 Mythic Raid gear… I’d love to see that.

It works using software to duplicate keystrokes to multiple applications at the same time. It’s allowed to exist because it’s still a player making the initial keystroke and no additional or different inputs are being created (this is the reason blizzard gives). The real reason is it’s obviously beneficial to get 20 subs out of one person.
But that quote is legitimately NOT correct.
If I, as a player, can make 5000 gold an hour by doing a given farm, a multibotter can make 40,000 gold an hour, if it’s able to do the farm in a 4x2. “But, you can just join a group to do the 4x2!” and still only make 5k, plus whatever efficiencies you can get from being in a group, but you’re not getting the 8x multiplier that a multibotter will get.
Anyone who claims that multiboxing is fine, because it gives no benefit, is either being disingenuous, or doesn’t understand what’s actually taking place. You’re not going to convince 7 other players to join you in a 4x2 farm, and then give you all of the loot they’re getting, that’s the only scenario where you could get parity with a multibotter.
And yes, gold matters. It matter especially when you can essentially buy anything in-game now. If I wanted mythic CE, there are guilds selling that right now for gold. I, and others that want multibotting gone, want it gone because a level playing field in an MMO is important. Being able to just pay for an in-game advantage is detrimental to the game.

If your assertion is correct, then perhaps take it up with the authorities who can actually arrest the authors/distributors of said, “illegal” software.
