Hello, wasn’t sure where to put this. Tol Dagor has been crashing wow for at least twice now for my m+ group. First run two people in my run had their game crash randomly, and I crashed mid boss fight on Jes Howlis. Second run, our rogue crashed randomly, and I crashed again during Jes Howlis. Depleted our key both times, and we ended up over time by like 30 seconds. No other issue in other dungeons, and have been having this problem specificly in tol Dagor, and crashed me both times during the same boss.

You have multiple different types of crash. One is Discord Overlay crashes, and the other is Nvidia crashes.
First turn off your Discord Overlay in Discord options.
Go ahead and change your graphics API to DX11 and the crashes should stop:

Does my card not support DX12? I was pretty sure it did? I will try the changes and report back
It does, but there are some crashing issues recently with patch 8.1.5. Right now the best resolution to avoid the crashes is to use DirectX 11.
