What about raids is destroyed? The best gear, the largest group play, the most unique content is in raids.

In my humble 2100 io opinion, I have to blame the absolutely awful affixes for the current state of M+.
For years, people have been requesting the removal of Fortified and Tyrannical. Begging, groveling with Blizzard to get rid of those unfun, sluggish affixes that add nothing to the experience. What did they do? Added them both at the same time! I cannot wrap my head around the logic in this decision on their part. It still baffles me. And Peril, needless to say, only exasperates the already rampant issue of leavers in keys. Now they have a justifiable reason to be leaving.
Why Blizzard went about affixes in this way is mind boggling. I’d almost prefer they returned Sanguine and Bursting over this Peril and Fort + Tyran BS.
Additionally, I think Delves were alluring enough for some M+ players to switch sides. That is great, and I’m glad Delves have been successful in offering an alternative gearing path - but it does feel like M+ is a bit more barren than usual, and only 3 weeks into the season.

Would you believe when i say you’re having LITERALLY the same experience i’m having? Even the same feelings lol
2100 rating, 613 ilvl, have a +8 Siege on my bag, have two +9 timed and the rest are +8, +7 timed etc
Last four days trying to pug my Siege +8 and after 1 hour, nothing. Also can’t get invite in anything past +7 which is the only thing i need, and when i finally manage to get a group, one person makes 1 singular mistake and someone leaves, key is bricked, end of story. And it was also the tank who made a mistake, died, caused a wipe, healer left etc…
My friends also stopped playing M+ and just do small activities
Everyone is losing interest in Wow
The beginning of the xpac was great, amazing new maps, great story, everything was going smooth until the season began urgh what a waste of potential
Blizzard is catering to the 0.1% of players and RWF players and forgetting that are the other 99.9% that pay the bills lol

If you need a pocket healer on your journey, holler. I just want 2k and then I’ll switch to trying to tank. I’m a no-go at tanking so far the few times I’ve tried.

Tanks and healers are hard to come by but you should also be careful of who you take.

Bingo. You’re ahead of the curve right now. There are a decent amount of posts with similar experiences, but the majority of pugs are not at 7’s yet. I actually tried my first 7 this week and picked DPS that seemed to be ready. We wiped on the second boss of Dawnbreaker after using hero and missed the key by a few minutes. The rest of the dungeon was smooth, but that was a hard DPS check. This was actually a big step because prior to this week, I wasn’t able to time 5’s on Tyrannical. I was able to get that 7 Dawnbreaker from a timing a 6 Mists this week. So pug groups are progressing, they’re just behind where you are.

The filter for group finder is kind of toxic lol. Plenty of tanks have it set to show only groups with a healer, and plenty of healers have it set to show only with a tank
None of that actually addresses anything they said. It also doesn’t address the fact that if this keeps going it’s unsustainable and it will kill the game. Do mythic people just not want mythics anymore? Because you’re doing everything you can to kill them.

No, not really.
People are tired of sweating all the time just to get yelled at by 15 year olds barking skibididoo or whatever adderall enhanced diatrabe.
Delves are a huge success despite m+ crying because its done at your own pace and allows for life situations to be dealt with.
Simply put, I believe a larger and larger portion of the community is growing out of being an epeen master.
