I turned 32 today. (Ok boomer). Seriously though idk whether to be depressed, happy, or content. I do know that once a year I bake my favorite cake for myself which is funfetti.

32 is still young and there’s absolutely no reason to be depressed. Enjoy that you’ve made it to another birthday. Keep in mind you’re only a day older than you were yesterday and enjoy yourself.
I don’t come from a family that does big birthdays. Each year my husband gets me whatever I want for supper and we have something sweet and enjoy our time together.
I hope you have a wonderful day and many many more bdays to come! 
ETA: 40s have by far been my favorite decade. I changed jobs, got into fitness and started competitive lifting (and doing well at it). You have tons look forward to.

30 myself, find these buzz words like boomer… stupid.
And I think it’s normal to feel a bit of everything.
No real friends, and I learned I dislike going to clubs etc… so I spend my birthdays with family.

My family has this tradition where we’ll get pizza every time it’s my birthday.
I still keep the tradition going. So I order pizza on my birthday
