To the people who put Turnips and Love Fools on the soup for the event

Pocket Fel Spreaders! “OMG I’m in an AoE!”

Dear OP,
In the future, just report the people doing this.

Not having to change targets to keep pumping out targeted AoE is a good method for quickly spamming the event to a finish.

LOL I like people who do that, I can just mindlessly spam any of my AOE abilities.

Deceptive no, I’m honest to a fault. People I know used to be annoyed by it but they now rely on me to tell them the truth or provide honest advise when no one else will. The most deceptive I can be is to not talk about something because I never realized how important other people might find it. I’m pretty extreme on this even for an INTP.

Critical thinking skills is a bit more difficult to quantify. Have I done stupid things? Yes, have I been wrong? Yes. However all of my actions have reasoning behind them and if proven wrong I accept it.

The reason I wrote both and not just either or is because they either lack the ability to understand the argument made and how it applies as a rebuttable (In this case the application of the Geneva convention does not back up their case but in fact disproves it (or rather supports the counter claim) as many people in fact don’t follow it.) Or they switched tactics and tried to act as if that wasn’t their argument (its amazing how often this happens when its in written format and you can go back and quote them.) I will not assume which as it doesn’t matter to me and I don’t think it would change that person.

It’s important to consider the impact of one’s actions on others, especially when it comes to in-game events or activities that involve the participation of a group. It’s never a good idea to intentionally cause disruptions or hindrances to the progress or enjoyment of others, as it can lead to negative experiences for all involved. It’s always a good idea to be respectful and considerate of others in any multiplayer environment.

Til that the turnips arent there by default

I dont know why there isnt an anti mount/toy bubble around the event.

The amount of gaslighting in this thread is amazing, even by GD standards.

i would be required to find a rested area to spec into volley, that or hope that my capped multishot splashes the target, too bad so sad if it doesnt? Or people could just, not be a mental age of 1.

But im asking too much. This is the wow forum community, afterall

I respect that. I hate lying yet, I will and I do. I also love lying to ppl I know in fact lied to me. Laughter is medicine and if it makes me a bad person to be silly or joke around when it’s technically a lie (that isn’t harmful in my opinion) then so be it.

I feel like most people cannot communicate properly. And, that is so sad.

I get what you’re saying 100%.

Sometimes I think it’s best if I just shut up because I am a hypocrite sometimes and an opinion I had a week ago might be different today - If someone wants to search for a post I made previously, for example. You get “well that’s not what you said.” Well, my opinion changed. Idk If this is relative to what you’re saying but it’s my response.

Oh opinions change I have nothing against that and for the most part you won’t find many people less judgmental (with a few exceptions.) I should have clarified its the misrepresentation of facts in order to be right or trying to lie about the arguments previously presented in bad faith.

As far as not lying its a bit of a curse because people who don’t know me expect it and can get hurt when I’m honest. It sucks but I think its better to hear the truth in the long run. I don’t know there are times were I wish I could be dishonest as it’d make my life a lot easier.

The wife reminded me of another instance were I might be deceptive and that is using sarcasm. If someone doesn’t know I’m being sarcastic they think I mean the opposite of what I intend.

In order to be “right”. Man, I had that mentality as a kid but not as an adult. We all are not always right nor are our opinions facts. I’m sure you know that. Always having to be right sounds exhausting. Not on a high horse, I’m flawed but this one I don’t get and you can see those kinds of ppl on the forums and it’s like, just sad.

We humans are funny.

Have a gud one.

The guy(s) who dump the balloons all over Orgrimmar are funny.
But theres no clicking required that theyre intentionally blocking.
The jerks who are doing it at the Feast are literally trying to interfere with the game, interfering with our interacting with stuff we’re supposed to be interacting with.
They KNOW they are trolling. They KNOW it causes a problem.
Being silly is fine. Its a game, Im all for that.
Interfering with someone elses ability to play the game as designed, disrupting game play in that manner, should get a weeks suspension at the least, and the toy being used to offend with should be permanently removed from that players entire bnet account with no chance of being able to get it again.

I am. Soup event is chaos. Toys add more chaos. There needs to be more toys at the soup

Hes irritated that he’s WRONG and CLEARLY MISSED the OBVIOUS POINT I made earlier where someone said ‘anything goes’ in war. And that is CLEARLY WRONG.
They hunted down war criminals for decades after WW2 was for abusing human beings, prisoners of war, etc.
There ARE RULES even in war regardless of what that poster claims, END of story.
They are ignored by the lawless and the abominable, yes, but that DOESNT NEGATE the rules themselves.

In THIS scenario the rules are absolute because we have a higher authority who is watching directly, monitoring the game for violations of those rules. Who will ban accounts if the violation warrants it.

Hes upset he made a statement and that statement was clearly false so now hes trying to find a way to argue it to somehow make it more believable than it obviously wasnt the first time around.
At a point I’ll just block him for wasting my time

A week for that and the toy removed? Seems extreme to me, for this example.

I haven’t participated in the turnip apocalypse but I’m tempted to now - especially if ppl are so upset over something so trivial. First world problems. A damn video game.

I only report if ppl are being insanely rude, making a threat or jokes about kids that are inappropriate.

Have you seen how they abuse the toys ? Every day? Every time the Feast is up?
Yeah…a week and their toy permanently removed is being nice.

I have not.

Sounds funny as hell to me. Idc if I have to wait for a feast in a video game.

Now, something like the mage tower being messed with would piss me off if a player could somehow grief it. But for this, not at all.

:woman_shrugging:

I say it would piss me off but then I’d be like, bro can you stop. Idk, idk.

I fully agree with this, it is annoying.
