Thanks! I definitely couldn’t get the quests if I went straight to algeth’ar, but I did find the flyer in Valdrakken and was able to pick up the quests. The marker was only indicated on the minimap, not the larger map, which is where I expected to find it. I don’t usually wander around the city looking for campaigns. As an addition, I had already completed the dig quest, but it didn’t seem to affect picking this up.
