We do comprehend and address them. Then you ignore it and repeat the same argument. I acknowledge your argument that min/maxxers will use dual spec in raids. I personally don’t care if they do but if that’s your problem with dual spec it’s easily fixed by requiring a player change specs in a major city and put it on a cool down. Yet I’m sure you will ignore that easy fix for dual spec “abuse” in raids and continue to complain that dual spec will be abused in raids. This is the reason I’d rather not talk to you at all ever again. There is never any actual dialog. But threads must be bumped to keep them on the front page where the devs are more likely to see them so here is another reply. bump
Some people think it’s minor some people don’t. I personally think dual spec will have a massive change to the feel of the game.
And i know plenty about “changing the game” for the good of the game. I was all for a full Vanilla re-tune, making it more time consuming - making the feel more like Vanilla instead of what we had in Classic.
But then again, what is the definition of “good for the game”? The good for the game, imo is the re-create the actual overall experience of the original. Not make it better.
Well then in your very own words “all it boils down to” is that you don’t really want tbc/vanilla, you want something different. And asking to make it more time consuming, to some people, is making it more retail like.
I love it when people use their ‘knowledge’ of the back end system of the game when none of us here know about jack crap when it comes to what is readily available in the game.
For all we know dual spec can be added in an afternoon of development.
Sure they would if they think it’ll help retention. What’s going to bring people back to wrath will be the content, not dual spec. Dual spec helps retain players by improving the experience.
