It does appear that they’ll be able to use their wings as a flying mount, and they also have the ability to utilize their wings for the dragon riding skill rather than needing a dragon mount.

I thought of the dragon role-players as soon as I saw the reveal! I am so happy for you! Finally, dragon roleplay will be given some legitimacy! Now there should be nobody screaming that you can’t be a dragon!
