That’s 100% incorrect. It’s exactly as I previously stated. There eliminating pugs entirely from the equation. Those that are near BiS p1 don’t require any gear other than the bag.
Why would I waste my time running with pugs if the only incentive for me is acquiring additional conquest badges?
Given that none of the badge stuff is even remotely BiS for even the tier gear for a lot of classes, I think this will be less common than you think and would only be prevalent for maybe the first couple lockouts. Sure, tier is BiS for some, but even then it will be easy to get with less competition than T7 tier. I think the animosity that will be created by people trying to HR it in pugs will be too much for 3 extra badges a day. This isn’t like hard reserving BiS gear especially the BOE ones which are always in demand. Badges are bad luck protection gear at best and welfare at worst.

You sure you’re running H+? Using the titan rune thing and channeling the cube and all that? Because it’s dropped in my runs.
Yeah totally new thing for Wrath man, it’s good fun though, give it a try :).
Better than the way they handle Mythic imo, more difficult 5 man content without that time trial crap.
